Apprenticeships Overcome Obstacles to Employment

 IH launched its Apprentice Fellowships to remove the barriers that keep neurodiverse brains from getting an insurance job—limited interviewing experience, weak professional networks, and little exposure to an industry that loses more than 400,000 skilled workers every four years. 

Yes, It's Paid Work

IH Insurance Apprentices earn a weekly stipend through the IH Insurance Fellowship.  Apprentices complete margin-producing tasks that directly fund the coaching, credentialing, and supervision they receive. The result is a self-sustaining system that builds both talent and trust—at the same time.

  1. Creates a job profile with IH and potential employers on the IH Board
  2. Creates a user based assessment for candidates to be used at Mock Interviews
  3. Selects candidates to perform assessments and apply for Fellowship

With $5,000, Independence Hub

Creates 60 Day Plan 

  1. Varies by Role
  2. Everyone does AINS
  3. Everyone has work commitment
  4. Pays intern $2000 via Stable Account
